Cannon Ridge is an S & Homes development in Gettysburg, PA. It is located about 1.5 West of Gettysburg just off rt. 30. Real estate is all about location and this location couldn’t be any better. The Gettysburg battlefield is about half a mile away and is easily accessible on foot or by bike. Major shopping conveniences are less than 15 minutes away (Grocery Stores are closer).
Cannon Ridge offers luxury single family homes as well as newly constructed town homes. Cannon Ridge is located within the Gettysburg School District limits – more information about the school district is available at the Gettysburg School District Website. At this time S & A homes is only building town homes at this development. Phase two will feature more single family homes but a water or sewage facility is needed before any further development can begin. The wheels are in motion but it may be a year or two before single family homes are again available at this location.

The Preserves – designed to cater to the 55+ crowd, Twin Lakes – A very family friendly development, Twin Lakes West – Family Development as well, Camelot Square – Across the Street and desirable, and lots of rural homes. It’s location is top notch and S & A has a great reputation for building a quality home. It’s located close to schools, the local YWCA, and shopping. Cannon Ridge sits back from the main road so the only traffic is community traffic. Prices for the town homes range from about 180,000 – 200,000. Single family Homes can go upwards of 400,000 depending on options and floor plans.
The town homes have a $100/mo fee for lawn care and snow removal.
The single family homes have a $45/mo fee but, to my knowledge, it does not cover snow removal or lawn care.
