This coming weekend is national open house weekend.  It’s a great weekend to get out and look at some homes without committing to an agent.  Of course we’d like you too but from a consumer prospective it’s completely normal to shop around a bit.  The end goal should be to find a person that fits your style and personality, oh and that knows what they’re doing.

At any rate this weekend there I personally will be hosting two open houses:

On Saturday April 28th from 1-3PM I’ll be at 130 S. Hay Street in Gettysburg, PA.  This rancher has beautiful wood floors, a nice walk out basement (rare in the Gettysburg borough), and over 2400 sq ft to sprawl out.  If you’re in the market for a Gettysburg home this one should be on your list.  It’s a quiet dead end street with few homes.  Traffic is limited and everything you need is a short trip or walk if you’re ambitious.

 

 

On Sunday April 29th from 1-3PM I’ll be at 5 Oak tree Lane in Orrtanna, PA.  This S & A built cape cod is only a few years old.  Beautiful views, a large partially finished basement, and a nice open floor plan.  It’s move in ready and would be great for a growing family or an empty nester that wants some space for the kids to come home for the holidays.
